Cleaners Wanted – Join a Trusted Victorian Family Business
Laurel Group is a well-established, family-owned company specialising in Cleaning and Property Services. Founded in 1969, we're highly regarded across the cleaning industry for delivering reliable, high-quality, and creative service to our clients — many of whom have been with us for decades.
Following the recent award of several new, high-profile contracts, we're looking for experienced, customer-focused cleaners to join our growing team.
A current National Police Check (or the ability to obtain one) is required for this role.
About the Role
Working within a friendly, supportive team, our cleaners deliver a range of cleaning tasks to agreed schedules — always to a high standard, and always acting as a positive representative of Laurel Group for our clients. Depending on the site, your responsibilities may include:
- Waste collection, segregation, and disposal
- Toilet and kitchen area cleaning
- Litter collection and cleaning around building perimeters
- Responding to ad-hoc cleaning requests (spills, etc.)
- Vacuuming and hard floor cleaning
- Low and high dusting
- General office cleaning
- Full window cleaning (squeegee/blade)
- Operating heavy-duty cleaning equipment
About You
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate confidently with internal and external staff
- An awareness of Occupational Health and Safety practices
- A genuine commitment to quality outcomes
- Current right to work in Australia
