BlueCare is looking for an overnight Retirement Living Assistant in Bundaberg to support residents and act as the first point of contact for Emergency Response during on-call hours. You’ll help with meals, safety checks and daily wellbeing, building meaningful relationships.

We value teamwork, attention to detail and WHS compliance. A current first aid and CPR cert is required; retirement living experience is highly regarded.
