The Role
Covering Eastern Melbourne and nearby areas, you’ll be the trusted face of the business. From in-home consultations through to measure-and-quote services, you’ll provide expert advice and help customers choose the right solutions for their homes. Most leads are provided,
your role is to listen, advise, and close with confidence.
About You
You’re personable, dependable, and take pride in offering practical advice. You enjoy meeting current people, are comfortable working to targets and focus on exceeding budgets. You want a role where honesty, quality and service matter, and where you will be rewarded for your efforts.
To succeed, you’ll ideally bring:
- Experience in building products, construction, or working with builders
- Background in in-home sales or measure & quote roles
- Confidence with digital tools (tablets, CRM, quoting apps)
- White card (or willingness to obtain one)
- A self-motivated attitude and the ability to manage your own day
- High level of detail when completing quotes and admin tasks
- Happy disposition, willingness to learn and absorb information
