Mini Masterminds Leichhardt is seeking a passionate Full time Room Leader to guide a dedicated classroom team and deliver high-quality education and care for 0-2 year olds, in a safe, nurturing environment.

You will mentor staff, plan engaging EYLF-aligned programs, support children's development, and collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to uphold NQF/NQS standards and continuous improvement.
