HR/MR Truck Driver - Film & Television Production Support

Want to get behind the scenes of a Film & TV production while putting your driving and hands-on skills to work?

n

We're looking for HR/MR Truck Drivers to join a busy Unit Crew team supporting filming across Rosebery, Sydney Metro, the Northern Beaches and various Sydney locations.

n

This is an all-rounder role - driving is a key part of the job, but you'll also be getting stuck in with setup, pack-down, deliveries and general crew support.

n

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

n

- Drive production vehicles between filming locations.
n
- Load/unload equipment, supplies and stock.
n
- Set up and pack down tables, chairs, marquees, umbrellas and crew facilities.
n
- Complete supply runs and deliveries.
n
- Keep crew areas stocked with water, drinks and refreshments.
n
- Assist with meal and break setups.
n
- Keep locations clean, organised and tidy.
n
- Help with rubbish, recycling and general site duties.
n
- Work closely with the Unit Manager and production crew.
n
- Follow all WHS and site safety requirements.
n

WHAT WE NEED

n

n




- Current Australian MR or HR Licence - ESSENTIAL
n
- Safe, confident driver comfortable navigating Sydney.
n
- Physically fit and happy with hands-on/manual work.
n
- Reliable, punctual and ready to get stuck in.
n
- Positive can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
n
- Comfortable working as part of a busy production crew.
n
- Flexible with changing locations, schedules and working hours.
n
- Able to commit to the full assignment.
n

Film & TV experience is NOT required. We welcome candidates from transport, logistics, warehousing, events, removals, labouring, hospitality and similar hands-on backgrounds.

THE DETAILS

$37 per hour

n

Rosebery + Sydney Metro + Northern Beaches

n

Assignment: 12 October - 16 December 2026

n

Approx. 50 hours per week

n

KEY

n

This is not a typical 9-5 driving job. You'll need to be comfortable with early starts, late finishes, occasional night work, outdoor work, physical duties and locations changing across Sydney. Unit Crew are often among the first on site and last to leave.
