Job Description

Sofitel Sydney Wentworth is seeking an experienced Reservations Manager to lead the Reservations function and shape the guest journey from first contact.

n

Reporting to the Director of Revenue, you will manage day-to-day operations, oversee all reservations (individual, group, VIP, corporate), drive conversion and upsell opportunities, and collaborate with Revenue, Front Office and Sales to maximise room revenue.
