Ashdown People is seeking a Project Manager for Capital Works & Compliance Projects - Residential, based in Parramatta with willingness to travel. You will oversee multiple residential capital and compliance upgrade projects, including façade, structural, roof, restoration, acquisition, fire safety, stormwater and demolition works.

Project values range from under 100k up to 3 million+ and you will manage concurrent projects, coordinate with stakeholders and ensure safety and WHS compliance.
