Optus is seeking a Commercial Contracts Manager to draft, review, and negotiate customer contracts within the Wholesale Division. You will manage pre-signing aspects, ensure compliance with internal policies and legislation, and provide legal support across the division.

Ideal candidates have extensive contract drafting experience, a law degree, and the ability to draft bespoke terms. Telecommunications familiarity is desirable, with a focus on minimising risk and enabling sound business
