Job Description

Jackalope Hotels in Victoria's Mornington Peninsula seeks an experienced Assistant Bar Manager to lead Flaggerdoot's service, mentor the team and uphold the highest hospitality standards, delivering memorable guest experiences in a luxury setting.

You will oversee daily bar operations, assist with stock ordering and cost control, drive training, and ensure RSA compliance while showcasing creative cocktails and educating guests about our estate-procured spirits and local producers.
