Job Description

Holstep Health in Preston, Melbourne's north, seeks a Peer Support Officer to organise and coordinate carer peer support groups. Hybrid work is available; occasional travel across Melbourne's North and West is required. This fixed-term role until 30 June 2027 supports the Carer Supports Program.

The role reports to the Team Leader and focuses on enhancing service delivery, with operating hours aligning to Carer Gateway and extended hours initiatives.
