Responsibilities

- Answer incoming telephone calls and take initial enquiries from new clients
n
- Diary management and scheduling of appointments with clients
n
- Assist with file management and billing
n
- Collate and review disclosure material
n
- Liaise between solicitors, clients and other law firms
n




- Other day‐to‐day secretarial duties
n
