dnata catering is seeking a Pastry Chef for our national bakery at Coolangatta Airport to join a busy, safety‑conscious kitchen that produces high quality international pastries for customer airlines.

The successful candidate will oversee creation and production of pastry items, supervise kitchen staff, and ensure hygiene and food safety standards are met in a rapid-paced environment. A strong background in commercial kitchens is essential.
