Job Description

Dementia Australia, based in North Ryde, NSW, is seeking a dedicated professional to lead and evolve its DEI strategy. The role reports to the Organisational Development Manager and focuses on inclusion, accessibility and equitable workplace practices.

You will partner with leaders and staff to design and deliver DEI programs, use data to identify barriers and opportunities, and drive improvements across the employee lifecycle in a adaptable hybrid work environment.
