Ausbuild is seeking an experienced Service and Warranty Supervisor to oversee maintenance inspections and coordinate timely rectification of defects across current and existing homes within the warranty period. The role is focused on the Southside region with occasional travel when required.
You will assess maintenance concerns against standards, manage subcontractors, and drive quality outcomes, including 6- and 12-month inspections, defect analysis, and warranty support as needed.
