Queensland Physio Group is looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Medical Receptionist to join our team at our busy Mermaid Waters clinic.
n
We're a growing Gold Coast physiotherapy group with a solid reputation for high-quality care, sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy, and a supportive team culture.
n
Our Mermaid Waters clinic is a modern, purpose-built facility with five private treatment rooms and a dedicated rehabilitation gym. You'll work alongside a vibrant, friendly and social team treating a diverse patient base, from the general community through to competitive and elite athletes.
n
About the Role
n
As one of the first points of contact for our patients, you'll play an important role in creating a welcoming and professional clinic experience.
n
n
- Greeting patients and managing reception
n
- Answering phone and email enquiries
n
- Scheduling and managing patient appointments
n
- Processing payments and health fund claims
n
- General administration and data entry
n
- Supporting our physiotherapists and wider team with day-to-day clinic operations
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
n
- A warm, friendly and professional manner
n
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
n
- Confidence with computers and learning new systems
n
- The ability to multitask in a busy environment
n
- Reliability, initiative and a positive attitude
n
- Previous medical, allied health or reception experience is highly regarded, but not essential for the right person
n
