About the Role

n

As a Support Worker, you will empower people from diverse backgrounds to achieve their goals, build independence, and stay connected with their communities. We have opportunities for a variety of roles:

- Permanent Part time

What you'll do

n

n
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred support tailored to individual participant needs and goals.
n
- Assist participants with personal care, dressing and daily living tasks, fostering independence and confidence.
n
- Provide medication support, including prompting and administration where required.
n
- Utilise safe manual handling practices in line with best-practice standards.
n
- Complete accurate documentation, follow support and risk management plans, and liaise professionally with participants, families and key stakeholders.
n
- Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and organisational policies.

What you'll need

n

n
- Minimum Qualifications certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, Mental Health, AIN or equivalent;or
n
- University students welcome to apply (Allied Health, Nursing, OT, and related fields)
n
- Experience in supporting clients with complex needs and behaviours
n
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
n
- Valid NSW Driver's Licence
n
- Working with Children Check
n
- National Police Check (within 3 months)
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check and Orientation Module
n
- Ability to lift up to 10kg unassisted
n
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
n
- A heart full of empathy and a commitment to respect and dignity.
