Our client is an established professional services business seeking a proactive Client Services Administrator to join its team.

The Role

Working closely with the wider team, you'll play an important role in managing client administration, coordinating workflows and ensuring work progresses efficiently.
n Your responsibilities will include:

- Manage client enquiries and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Coordinate client onboarding, documentation and ongoing administrative requirements.
n
- Monitor workflows and follow up outstanding information to ensure deadlines are met.

- Prepare invoices and assist with general billing administration.
n
- Maintain accurate client records and manage confidential documentation.
n
- Liaise with internal teams to coordinate tasks and resolve outstanding matters.
n
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and support business operations.

About You
n
We're open to candidates at different stages of their careers, from experienced Client Services Administrators through to junior professionals with strong transferable skills.
n
You'll ideally bring:
n
n
- At least 1 year of experience in administration, client services or a similar professional workplace.
n
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to follow up with clients and internal stakeholders.
n
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
n
- A proactive approach to your work, with the confidence to take ownership and solve problems.
n
n
Highly regarded (but not essential):
n
n
- Previous experience within an accounting, legal or other professional services environment.
n
- Experience with client management systems, invoicing or compliance-related administration.
n
n
