What you'll do:

- Act as a primary point of contact for customer enquiries and service requests




- Coordinate customer outcomes by liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Manage customer communications and provide timely updates throughout the process
- Maintain accurate records and updates within CRM systems
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service and support

What we're looking for:

- Previous experience in customer service, customer support, administration or service coordination
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, proactive and customer-focused approach to work
