About the Role

n

In this role you will be the face of our brand! You'll interact with our customers at the rental counter, complete rental bookings and responding to general customer inquiries.

n

What you'll do

n

n
- Interact with our customers face to face, promoting the Avis Budget Group brand
n
- Completing rental transactions, contracts and bookings
n
- Cleaning the interior and exterior of our vehicles according to company standards
n
- Inspecting vehicles for any damages that occurred during the previous rentals
n

n

What We're Looking For:

n

n
- Afull and valid Australian driver's licence
n
- Availability to work on a rotating roster across 3-4 days per week
n
- Experience incustomer service, retail, hospitality, or salesis a plus
n




- Ability to work in afast-paced environmentwhile delivering exceptional service
n
- Comfortable usingcomputer systemsto manage bookings and rental information
n
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
n
