About the Role

n

As aJob Coach, you'll supervise, mentor, and work alongside a team of employees with disabilities, supporting them to deliver gardening, mowing, and horticultural services to our clients.

n

This is a hands‐on role where no two days are the same — you'll lead by example, ensuring safety, quality, and inclusion in every job while fostering a positive, respectful team environment.

Your day‐to‐day will include:

- Providing person‐centred support and guidance to employees in line with NDIS standards.
n
- Supervising gardening, mowing, and horticultural work within the community.
n
- Operating equipment such as brush cutters, hedgers, pole saws, and ride‐on mowers.
n
- Planning, prioritising,



and meeting daily work schedules.
n
- Maintaining accurate daily records and promoting a protected, positive workplace.
n

Desirable Skills and Experience

n

n
- Experience leading or mentoring a small team.
n
- Qualifications or extensive experience in horticulture, gardening, or landscaping.
n
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
n
- Ability to motivate and support people of all abilities.
n
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety principles.
n
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (essential or willingness to obtain).
n
- Working with Children Check (essential or willingness to obtain).
n
