Job Description

The purpose of the Maintenance Co-ordinator position is to lead the maintenance team to optimal outcomes for the business. The Maintenance Team Leader must ensure a smooth handover, post-handover and structural warranty experience for the client whilst ensuring business values and principles are upheld.

Key responsibilities

- Preparing handover items such as certificates, warranties, keys, remotes, gift
n
- Preparing documentation to handover to clients
n
- Attending handovers, ensuring home is well presented
n
- Sending email to client with information on how to access their documents and book in the 90-day maintenance inspection
n
- Scheduling 90-day maintenance inspections between the client and the Maintenance Supervisor
n
- Qualifying and scheduling appointments for suppliers and trades as required, providing accurate information and instructions
n
- Scheduling maintenance days between the client, contractors and the Maintenance Supervisor
n




- Responding to client emails in an productive mannerLiaising with contractors and suppliers to ensure all maintenance matters are resolved in a prompt manner

About you

- Strong understanding of the building process
n
- 1-2 years experience in a customer service role
n
- Strong time management and prioritizing skills
n
- Excellent attention to detail
n
- Self-motivated with positive attitude to getting things done, proactive and take initiative
n
- Ability to operate autonomously whilst being a team player
n
- Ability to adapt and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders, clients and own team
n
- Ability to deal with conflict and regular client interactions
n
- Immaculate organisational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, administration, actioning and follow through
n
- Ability to build and maintain relationships, create trust, boost credibility, and nurture relationships with different types of stakeholders
