Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse/Clinical Nurse with Renal experience for a part time role (32 hours per week) based in Victor Harbor. You will provide patient-focused care, oversee care plans, and work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

You will mentor students and staff, lead service improvements, and contribute to clinical protocols and research to advance care quality within our network.
