A dynamic digital agency in Sydney is looking for a highly motivated, hunter-style Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition and revenue growth.

- Up to $120,000 base + Super + Uncapped Commission (expected earnings $220K Y1)

- Sydney-based (On-site)

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

n

- Aggressively prospect and generate new business opportunities across SEO, Paid Media, Paid Search, Web Development
n
- Build a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and industry events
n
- Qualify leads and develop customised proposals that align digital marketing services with client needs




n
- Drive negotiations and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
n
- Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure smooth handover and client onboarding
n
- Maintain detailed CRM records and provide regular pipeline and forecast updates
n
- Proven success as a hunter in B2B sales, ideally within an Agency, MSP or Insurance or Tech services workplace
n
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills with a confident, consultative approach
n
- Self-driven with a strong desire to exceed targets and earn high commissions
n
- Experience managing your sales funnel and CRM tools effectively
n
