Programmed is currently recruiting for an experienced Field Service Technician to join Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) in Mackay, Queensland.

n

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified Electrician, Refrigeration Mechanic or technically skilled Service Technician looking for a secure, full-time field-based position with a major national business.

n

You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining and repairing Coca-Cola equipment across Mackay and surrounding areas, working directly with customers to keep equipment operating reliably.

About the Role

n

As a Field Service Technician, you will travel to customer sites throughout Mackay and surrounding areas to install, service, maintain and repair CCEP equipment.

n

You will be responsible for diagnosing faults, completing preventative maintenance and ensuring equipment is repaired correctly and efficiently,



ideally on the first visit.

n

Equipment may include:

- Glass-door beverage merchandisers
n
- Air curtain coolers
n
- Fountain dispensing equipment
n
- Vending machines
n
- Frozen beverage equipment
n
- Coffee machines
n
- Other CCEP beverage equipment
n

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Service and maintain CCEP equipment at customer locations
n
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical and equipment faults
n
- Complete preventative maintenance and quality assurance work
n
- Carry out equipment repairs and installations
n
- Attend reactive service calls and breakdowns
n
- Complete project and equipment upgrade work as required
n
- Provide professional and friendly customer service
n
- Maintain accurate service records and job notes
n
- Manage parts and stock within your company vehicle
n
- Complete required safety inspections and documentation
n
- Use company IT and service-management systems to record and close jobs
n
- Work closely with Field Service Coordinators and Team Managers
n
- Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to CCEP quality standards
n

About You

n

We're looking for someone who is technically capable,



customer-focused and comfortable working independently in a field-based environment.

n

You will ideally have:

n

n
- Electrical or Refrigeration trade qualification preferred
n
- Previous field service, maintenance or equipment servicing experience
n
- Solid fault-finding and troubleshooting ability
n
- Good mechanical aptitude
n
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
n
- Ability to manage multiple jobs and priorities throughout the day
n
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
n
- Good computer and technology skills
n
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a wider team
n
- Current Australian Driver Licence
n
- Willingness to participate in the 1-in-3 on-call roster
n

n

- Pumps, motors and mechanical equipment

- Appliance or commercial equipment servicing

The Ideal Candidate

n

This role would suit an experienced Electrician, Refrigeration Mechanic, HVAC Technician, Appliance Technician or Field Service Technician who enjoys solving problems and working directly with customers.

n

You don't necessarily need previous Coca-Cola equipment experience. If you have strong technical fault-finding skills, mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn new equipment, full training and support will be provided.
