The role

- Manage internal IT support tickets and act as the primary escalation point, triaging and resolving within agreed SLAs
n
- Own endpoint lifecycle end to end: provisioning, configuration, deployment and decommissioning across the device fleet
n
- Administer user accounts, permissions and group-based access following least privilege principles
n
- Support Microsoft 365 administration and workplace collaboration tools including Teams, Slack and meeting room technology
n
- Build and maintain IT documentation and a knowledge base to reduce recurring issues
n

What you'll bring

n

n
- Experience supporting internal IT operations in a SaaS or corporate environment
n
- Strong Microsoft 365, Teams and Slack experience
n
- Experience supporting a Mac setting, with familiarity with Apple Business Manager
n
- Hands-on experience with endpoint management platforms such as Intune or Jamf
n
- Understanding of identity and access management concepts
n
