Job Description

Brisbane Adventist College is currently seeking applications for a suitably qualified and experienced Bus Driver to drive morning and afternoon bus routes as well as additional services and excursions as required. The position is for a minimum of 21hrs per week with the prospect for additional hours as required with the ability for an immediate start.

Key responsibilities

Safely drive one of the designated College bus routes

n

Appropriate behavioural management of passengers

n

Key Skills and Experience

n

Minimum Light Rigid (LR) licence or higher Queensland Drivers licence

n

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

n

Attention to detail, particularly punctuality and record keeping

n

Be flexible and manage short notice or change of schedules

n

Mandatory Requirements

n

Applicant must hold a Current Paid Working with Children Check(Blue Card)

n

A current Queensland Drivers Authority (or be eligible to hold)
