Retail Sales & Customer Service – Perfect for Uni Students

You'll be responsible for helping customers with water testing, products and equipment, learning our range and confidently recommending and selling solutions, answering phones and handling customer enquiries, booking pool servicing, repairs and installations, using our POS, booking and computer systems, and following up enquiries and helping keep the store running smoothly.

About you

- Outgoing, confident and comfortable starting a conversation
n
- Reliable and willing to take ownership




n
- Comfortable on the phone and with computers
n
- Keen to learn technical products and how to sell them
n
- Experience in front‐of‐house hospitality, retail, sales or another customer‐facing role is highly regarded
n
- Regular work that fits around university
n
- Full product and pool industry training
n
- Additional weekday shifts where available
n
- Practical experience in sales and customer service
n
- Prospect to take on more responsibility as you develop
n
