Inclusive Home Care Pty Ltd is seeking a compassionate Support Worker in Point Cook, VIC to assist NDIS participants with daily living, community access and personal goals. Hands-on PEG feeding experience is essential; training will be provided for PEG care under supervision.

The role involves PEG feeding, medication support, personal care, meal prep, and community access. Candidates should have a Certificate IV in I.S.
