Job Description

St Mary's Home Service is seeking caring Home Care Workers to join our community care team on the Sunshine Coast. This is a community-based role travelling to client homes across the region, with personal care and daily living support.

You will work part time, provide assistance with meals, transportation and companionship, follow individual care plans, and help clients remain independent in their own homes.
