In2Surf Surf School is looking for multiple Surf Coaches/Instructors to join the team for school surf programs during the upcoming school term. The work involves coaching larger groups of school students alongside a team of surf coaches.

- Coach larger groups of school students in surf sessions

- Work as part of a team of surf coaches

- Manage students in the water with confidence
n
- Provide safe and enjoyable surf experiences
n
- Help young people develop confidence and ocean awareness
n

About you
n

- Competent and confident surfers
n
- Reliable and punctual
n
- Enjoy working with children and teenagers
n
- Communicate well and work effectively within a coaching team
n
- Have good ocean awareness and surf safety knowledge
n
- Positive,
encouraging and confident managing students in the water
n
- Previous surf coaching or instructing experience highly regarded
n
- Surf coaching qualifications highly regarded
n
- First Aid/CPR highly regarded
n
- Current Working With Children Check highly regarded
n
