Belgravia Leisure is opening a redeveloped Mill Park Leisure centre in the City of Whittlesea and seeks an Operations Manager to lead the Duty Manager and Lifeguard teams. The role focuses on safety, supervision, risk management, and facility operations to ensure every visit is secure and enjoyable.

You will recruit, roster and train Lifeguards and Duty Managers, maintain water safety standards, and engage with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service in a growing leisure network.
