About the role As a Diploma Educator,



you'll play a key role in creating engaging learning experiences that support children's development, independence and school readiness

You will:

- Build positive and meaningful relationships with children and families
- Contribute to planning and implementing high-quality educational programs
- Support children's learning through play-based experiences
- Work collaboratively with a professional and passionate team
- Maintain strong practices aligned with the EYLF and National Quality Standards

We're looking for:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Previous experience working with preschool-aged children
- Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and Child Safety.
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication skills and a positive team-focused approach
