VACCA - Victorian Aboriginal Child and Community Agency is seeking a fixed term full time position based in Chirnside Park (3116) to support Aboriginal children and families transitioning to community-controlled care. The role works with carers, local services and families to strengthen cultural connections and ensure culturally safe supports.

You will build trusted relationships, apply trauma-informed practice and help connect families to culture, services and opportunities.
