Calvary Health Care Kogarah is seeking a nurse to deliver delegated patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. You will assess, intervene and evaluate health and functional status with explicit communication to the RN.

You will apply critical thinking, work with an interdisciplinary team and involve patients, families and carers in care planning to achieve positive health outcomes.
