A new steakhouse is coming to Williamstown, and we're building the team that will bring it to life.

Ribs & Rumps Williamstown is a steakhouse focused on quality food, great service and a memorable dining experience. We are building a strong new team and are looking for passionate hospitality professionals who want to be part of establishing a high-performing venue.

Abusy service setting and a strong focus on steaks, ribs, beverages and guest experience, this is an opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader to play an important role in shaping the team, culture and day-to-day operation of the venue.

n

Ribs & Rumps Williamstown is looking for energetic, passionate and reliable hospitality professionals to join our opening team.

n

Lead the venue, build and develop the team, maintain exceptional service standards and take ownership of the day-to-day restaurant operation.

n

Experience required:

n

2–3+ years' restaurant management or senior supervisory experience

n

Experience managing a team in a busy restaurant environment

n

Steakhouse, grill or high-volume restaurant experience highly regarded

n

Strong understanding of restaurant operations, labour, stock and customer service

n

FOH All-Rounders – Waitstaff & Barstaff

n





We're looking for versatile hospitality professionals who can confidently work across the restaurant floor.

n

You'll be involved in table service, taking orders, POS, running food, preparing and serving beverages, maintaining tables and supporting the team throughout busy services.

n

Experience preferred:

n

Previous restaurant or hospitality experience

n

Confident with table service and POS systems

n

Bar or beverage service experience highly regarded

n

Comfortable serving beer, wine, spirits and basic cocktails

n

Strong menu knowledge and willingness to learn

n

Confident recommending food and beverages to customers

n

Excellent customer service and communication skills

n

RSA required for roles involving alcohol service

n

Support our kitchen team and help keep service running smoothly.

n

Experience preferred but not essential:

n

Previous kitchen or hospitality experience

n

Food preparation and basic kitchen knowledge

n

Dishwashing, cleaning, and maintaining kitchen hygiene

n

Ability to work quickly and efficiently during busy services

n

Reliable, hardworking and willing to learn

n

Food Safety knowledge is highly regarded

n
