We are seeking multiple skilled and experienced Formwork Carpenters to join our construction team. Ideal candidates will have a solid background in formwork carpentry, with a focus on civil construction projects. If you are detail-oriented, reliable, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you! You will have the opportunity to work on sites around Sydney, ACT and regional NSW.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up, construct, and dismantle timber formwork for concrete structures, including walls, slabs, columns, and beams.
n
- Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and specifications to ensure exact formwork construction.
n
- Use hand and power tools to cut, shape, and install formwork materials.
n
- Erect scaffolding and other temporary structures for construction projects as needed.
n




- Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organisation on-site.
n
- Inspect and repair existing formwork as required.
n
- Collaborate with site supervisors, engineers, and other trades to meet project deadlines.
n

Requirements

- Certificate III in Carpentry, or equivalent trade certificate
n
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a carpenter.
n
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings and plans.
n
- Strong knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and construction techniques.
n
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform heavy lifting, standing, and working in various weather conditions.
n
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
n
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
n
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
n
- White Card (Construction Induction Card) and other relevant certifications are highly desirable.

Salary commensurate with experience in the range $80-90,000
