Job Description

Blacktown City Council invites applications for a Resource Management Officer - Multi-Unit Dwellings. You will drive waste and recycling improvements across the city, delivering education programs and managing waste initiatives with residents, strata managers and agents.

This role mixes field work with office duties, inspecting bin rooms, reviewing development applications and collaborating with colleagues to advance resource recovery, behaviour change and compliance for cleaner neighbourhoods.
