The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Diploma Qualified Room Leader to join the team in a permanent position, with a 4-day week also considered for the right candidate.




n This role is perfect for a Lead Educator who values building strong connections with children and families and enjoys being part of a supportive community-focused team. As Lead Educator, you will mentor and inspire fellow educators, contribute to meaningful and engaging learning programs, and help create a nurturing environment where children can thrive.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

- Hold aDiploma of Early Childhood Education and Care(ACECQA approved)
n
- Have strong knowledge of theEYLFandNQS
n
- Availability to work flexible hours
n
- Be an excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative, team-focused environment
n
- Build strong and lasting relationships with children and families

You will also need:

- Current Working With Children Check
n
- CPR & First Aid certification
n
- Child Protection Training (RRHAN)
n
- Mandatory National Child Safety Training
