Novotel Surfers Paradise is seeking a hands-on Food & Beverage Assistant Manager to lead a dynamic team in a high-volume property. You will drive service excellence, accountability for financial targets and inventory control while mentoring staff and managing menus and pricing.

The role requires solid leadership, guest focus and the ability to optimise revenue across a busy hotel bar, restaurant and events environment. Sponsorship is not available.
