The Clock Hotel in Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast, is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead our busy bistro-style kitchen. This hands-on role offers the chance to manage a team of up to 10 chefs and cooks, drive menu development, and deliver high-volume service with flair.

We value solid communication, staff development, and a positive, energetic culture. Salary is negotiable depending on experience and the right fit for our hospitality team.
