Freedom Furniture is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to be a trusted people partner to store and distribution centre leaders across Australia and New Zealand. You'll report to the GM People & Culture and partner closely with leaders to provide practical, commercially focused HR support, covering ER/IR, succession, workforce planning and leadership development.
This broad, hands-on role requires proactive, commercially minded collaboration, balancing people needs with the rapid pace
