Sompo Australia is seeking an experienced Head of Marine to establish, grow and lead the Australian Marine portfolio from Sydney or Melbourne. You will build broker partnerships, drive profitable growth and ensure underwriting discipline across Cargo and related Marine lines.

This leadership role requires deep underwriting expertise, a strong Australian broker network and the ability to design and rollout recent Marine products across Australia and APAC, while aligning with Sompo's risk appetite
