Donaldson Filtration Solutions – Wyong NSW is seeking a hands‑on Leading Hand to support the Production Supervisor and lead daily activities on the Wyong site on the Central Coast of NSW. You will drive safety, quality, and continuous improvement while developing high‑performing teams.
The role is full‑time, shifts run 5:30am–10:36pm with afternoon hours, and you will mentor a team, coordinate production and contribute to achieving safety, quality, productivity and delivery targets.
