Vicinity Centres at Chadstone Shopping Centre is seeking a Casual Guest Experience Representative to warmly welcome guests, share information on centre services, events and amenities, and help guests make the most of their visit.

Role runs from late October to mid‐January, with availability across Nov 23–Dec 26 at minimum. You will handle enquiries across in-person, phone and email channels, process services, and support daily operations while delivering a high standard of customer service.
