What You'll Be Doing:
n
You'll take ownership of a quality residential portfolio while delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.
n
Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
- Managing your own residential portfolio with leasing, admin & accounts support;
n
- Building lasting relationships with landlords and tenants;
n
- Conducting routine inspections and lease renewals;
n
- Coordinating maintenance and repairs;
n
- Managing arrears and tenancy matters;
n
- Working closely with administration and leasing support; and
n
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience every day.
n
n
About You
n
You'll ideally have:
n
n
- Previous Property Management experience;
n
- Current NSW Registration Certificate or Real Estate Licence;
n
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills;
n
- Strong organisation and time management;
n
- A proactive, positive attitude; and
n
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
n
