Macquarie University is seeking a strategic Head of Employee Relations to provide oversight of employee and industrial relations across the University Group, including MQ Hospital and related entities. You will guide complex workplace matters, enterprise agreement work and union relations, shaping fair people practices and a team-oriented culture.

Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will lead a team of ER professionals, coach staff, and partner across HR to advance strategic objectives
