Sales/Fitting Consultant - Luxury Menswear & Custom Tailoring

Lupo Bianco Custom Tailoring | Strathfield, Sydney

Lupo Bianco is looking for ambitious, polished and results-driven Sales/Fitting Consultants to join our growing team.

n

This is not a standard retail role. You will work one-on-one with clients and develop specialist skills in luxury styling, made-to-measure tailoring, measurements and fittings.

n

Previous tailoring experience is not required - full training is provided.

About Lupo Bianco

Lupo Bianco is a premium custom tailoring business specialising in bespoke and made-to-measure menswear and womenswear.

n

Our range includes custom suits, wedding suits, tuxedos, shirts, jackets, trousers, waistcoats, footwear and accessories.

n

This role will initially be based at our Strathfield showroom, where all new team members will complete their training in Lupo Bianco's sales, styling, measurement and fitting processes.

n

Lupo Bianco is also preparing to open a major new Sydney CBD location, which will be one of the largest dedicated custom tailoring spaces in Australia.

n

As the business expands,



team members will have the opportunity to work from either our Strathfield or Sydney CBD location, depending on business requirements, performance and individual preference.

n

We are looking for people who want to grow with the business and become part of Lupo Bianco's next stage of expansion.

n

Please note: initial training will be conducted at our Strathfield location.

The Role

n

You will manage the client journey from beginning to end:

n

Consultation → Styling → Sale → Measurements → Order → Fitting → Collection → Aftercare

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Conducting one-on-one client consultations
n
- Understanding each client's style, needs, budget and occasion
n
- Recommending fabrics, garments and styling options
n
- Selling complete wardrobes rather than individual products
n
- Building long-term relationships with clients
n
- Following up leads, quotes and previous customers
n
- Managing wedding clients and groomsmen
n
- Learning professional body measurements
n
- Conducting garment fittings
n
- Identifying alterations and fit adjustments
n
- Entering custom orders accurately
n
- Maintaining client information and follow-ups in HubSpot
n
- Contacting clients when garments arrive
n
- Managing clients through final fitting and collection
n
- Generating repeat and referral business
n
- Providing a consistently premium customer experience
n

Availability

n

This is a full time, showroom-based position in Strathfield.

n

Lupo Bianco operates seven days a week, so weekend availability is required.
