Job Description

Amana Living is seeking a compassionate Coordinator to lead the Pause Program for people living with dementia and their carers, based at our Subiaco head office. You will coordinate person-centred respite and wellbeing to support living well at home.

Working with clients, families and stakeholders, you will develop care plans, deliver education, maintain records and ensure funding compliance, while helping grow the dementia respite model across the program.
