Queensland Health's Cairns Intensive Care Unit seeks a Clinical Nurse Consultant - ECMO Coordinator to lead the development of a current ECMO service for patients with respiratory or cardiac failure. You will drive nursing leadership, quality improvements and change management across the unit.

You will establish links with QAERS and ensure the service is safely and efficiently set up before clinical start, guiding multidisciplinary teams and sustaining high standards of patient care.
