Chempro Aged Care Chemists is seeking full-time or part-time In office Pharmacists (ACOP) to join our aged care team across the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Northern NSW. You will work within partner residential homes, focusing on medication safety and appropriate use of medicines. Accreditation or support to obtain ACOP is provided.

Join a collaborative team, support residents and care teams, and contribute to quality use of medicines with strong clinical oversight.
